RETURN POLICY
In order to facilitate a return or exchange, you must contact us within 10 days of your purchase at (618) 624-4434, ext. 2 prior to returning your order.
Because we offer both Personalized and Non-Personalized products, our return policies are based on the type of product purchased and the reason for the return. We reserve the right to inspect all items returned prior to issuing any refunds or exchanges.
Personalized Products
Manufacturing Defect or Production Error on our part - We will replace your order at no cost to you.
Error as a result of incorrect information provided by you - We will replace your order at a 30% discount.
Non-Personalized Products
We will replace or refund your order if there is a
manufacturing defect.
In the absence of a manufacturing defect, accepted returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
